Ning Zhou is a registered PRC lawyer at Shanghai RH Law Firm. She received her Master of Laws degree in Criminal Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
Prior to joining Shanghai RH Law Firm, Ning worked at international law firms in Shanghai, where she represented foreign clients in connection with their investment projects, joint ventures, and daily business affairs in China. Her experience includes structuring cross-border transactions, negotiating commercial contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and managing post-acquisition integration. She has particular expertise in handling complex legal issues related to trademark licensing, technology transfer, and asset protection in cross-border intellectual property transactions.
Her practice focuses on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, labour and employment, intellectual property, commercial franchising, and dispute resolution. She regularly advises multinational corporations on their market entry strategies, business operations, and regulatory compliance across a variety of sectors in China.
Ning is fluent in English and Mandarin.
