Rachel is a registered PRC lawyer at Shanghai RH Law Firm. She was awarded her LL.B. and M.B. at the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2005. She went to UK and was granted a LL.M. degree by Cardiff University in 2007.
Rachel is responsible for advising clients on foreign direct investment in China, particularly on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and tax. She also advises multinational clients on employment issues.
Before joining Ribeiro Hui, Rachel worked in prestigious local and foreign law firms in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province, she acted for multi-nationals in respect of investment and corporate financing in China.
Rachel is fluent in English and Mandarin.
