Ning Zhou is a registered PRC lawyer at Shanghai RH Law Firm. Ning holds a Master Degree in Criminal Law at East China University of Politics and Law in 2015.
In addition to corporate governance and regulatory compliance, Ning’s work also focuses on direct foreign direct investment and commercial dispute resolution.
Before joining Ribeiro Hui, Ning worked at foreign law firms in Shanghai, mostly serving multi-nationals on legal matters concerning their investment and business in China.
Ning is fluent in English and Mandarin.
