Danny obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate of Laws from City University of Hong Kong. He is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong.
Danny has been developing a practice in civil and commercial litigation. He has been handling corporate fraud, employees embezzlement, shareholder/ partnership disputes and contentious intellectual property, and acts for well-known clients in all sectors including fashion, toys and games, and pharmaceutical products in the Greater China region. His training also extended to non-contentious IP and commercial matters including licensing of IP rights, data privacy, and cyber security.
Danny speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
